Objective

The programme consists of the topics Agriculture, Forest, Refining and the interdisciplinary topic Strategic knowledge. The overall objective of the programme is to promote that an increasing demand of biofuels in the future can be met by an increasing and cost-effective fuel supply, where the fuel has the right quality, all under the demand for acceptable environmental consequences. Swedish industry and competence centres can use this fuel demand to promote their competitiveness in areas where they have or are expected to receive a leading position internationally.
