ERA-Net Bioenergy Conference On 28th October the ERA-Net Bioenergy Conference took place in De Rode Hoed in Amsterdam. Discussions were held on how countries can collaborate on bioenergy research to achieve a structural, cost-effective European research cooperation. The (interim) results of three joint calls were presented: one on small-scale combustion launched in 2006: one on gasification launched in 2007, and one on short rotation coppice launched earlier this year.
The conference was an opportunity not only to reflect on and learn from the successes achieved over the past four years, but also a chance to widen and deepen cooperation on bioenergy research, which will continue beyond 2008.
The presentations can be found here below along with the final programme and summary of the day. The total programme is also available in pdf format.
A summary of the day with comments and statements is now available. | |
